Housing Crisis

If you have a holiday rental that is mostly sitting idle, or not being utilised that often we need you!

We are currently experiencing a housing shortage, the likes we have never seen in our 17 years of operation.  This is due to many investors exiting the market due to finance restrictions & increased property values, and travellers and expats moving back to SA since COVID.  This coupled with limited land releases have all culminated into a shortage of housing that is at crisis point.

Here at Trove we have many of our wonderful, exceptional long term tenants seeking new homes as their homes are being sold.  We desperately need more rentals to assist with this crisis.  Many are in caravan parks, bunking in with friends and family, couch surfing and in some devastating scenario's living out of their vehicles while they continue the search for accommodation.
