What You'll Do

As a Property Manager at Trove, you'll work closely with your team leader, management, and the administration team to provide exceptional customer service throughout the renting journey for our landlords and tenants. Your responsibilities will include leasing, conducting inspections, managing maintenance tasks, and maintaining day-to-day communications. Our dedicated administration support team handles tasks such as arrears management, lease renewals, water billing, smoke alarm compliance, and more, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships with landlords and tenants and ensuring their valuable assets are well-maintained.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from PM Assistants looking to advance their careers, fully qualified Property Managers, or individuals seeking a rewarding career change. While a Licensed Property Manager is preferable, it is not essential. The key requirements for this role include excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), a passion for being part of a positive supportive team, adaptability, a solid understanding of general maintenance, and strong problem-solving abilities.
