2. Make contact with your tenant to introduce ourselves, provide a welcome pack and arrange a mutally agreeable time to meet and familiarise ourselves with the property

3. Arrange transfer of all the required tenancy and property documentation on the transfer date. This includes arranging redirection of accounts (such as SA Water, Council etc), obtaining details of any outstanding accounts, transfer of bond documentation, keys, tenancy file, images and more.
