3 Reasons why now is a great time to be an investor in SA....

Increasing equity with housing prices on the rise, low interest rates, high demand and increasing rental values are all great reasons to be an investor now.
If you are currently in the market, or looking to get into the investment market, here are three great reasons to get in, or stay in.
1. Housing values are on the rise, giving a long awaited boost of capital growth and increased equity for those already in the market. And, the good news is... values are tipped to continue to rise. RP Data Core Logic report dwelling prices across Adelaide (Jan 20 to Jan 21) increased by a healthy 6.5% and are forecast to increase by 8.9% in 2021 and 7.4% in 2022. Adelaide is performing well when compared nationally, outperforming Brisbane at 4.0%, Sydney 2.0% and Perth 3.4%. Local reports from sales agents based in the southern suburbs are housing values in some areas have increased significantly above the average with demand from buyers high. All great reasons to get in, or stay in the market and prosper from increased growth and equity.
2. Rents are rising sharply (particularly in the last quarter) and are up across Adelaide by 4.1% over the last 12 months. For an average $350 week property this equates to a $15pw increase, which is a nice boost to cashflow and increases the return on your investment. As demand for rentals is at an all time high, rents are forecast to continue to increase throughout 2021 and 2022.
3. Let's not forget about interest rates that are exceptionally low, coupled with talk of easing banking restrictions.
