In the times of Covid-19, we are seeing demand outweigh supply with a huge number of applicants per property. So how do you make your application stand out from the rest?

1. Make sure you complete your application in full! Sounds basic but it's really common that the contact details (mobile/email) of your referees are left blank making it difficult for us to obtain your rental references.

2. Ensure you upload all your ID.

3. Write to us about your story. This is so important as it gives us a story about who you and your family are, why you are looking to rent, detail any info on your pet (if you have one) - the works. This makes it so much more personal and gives us more info to give to your landlord.

4. Ensure you include the details of ALL your income. This is really important when we are assessing affordability. If you can't fit it on your application, detail it in your story.
