Land Tax Update

A quick update on the land tax reforms that have been passed

Details on Land Tax Reform to take effect 1st of July 2020

 

The SA Government have now passed its amended land tax bill through both houses.  Primarily the changes to land tax target those with multiple property holdings in different entities to minimise land tax.
