Buildtec Group have recently completed the 'Key Central' development at Seaford Meadows.  The development consists of a number of attractive 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments with carparks and are priced at between $248k - $320k, depending upon size and features.  These units are in a great location and have been attracting both investors and owner occupiers.

Buildtec advise that rental returns for investors across all unit types in the last 12 months is 5.68% (with median rent of $300pw)*.  This is a great return (on average we usually see returns of around 4%).
