We are so pleased to now be able to provide to our landlords a secure login to view all the import information and reports on your property.

Rest assured this will not stop the way we communicate with you.  You will still receive our calls and will continue to get emails with statements, routine inspections and other info. The aim of the portal is to help you securely store in the one spot for easy access your monthly and EOFY statements, routine inspection reports, status of maintenance and more!  No more searching through emails to find the info you need!

On the portal you can see;

• Access to all your statements, any time including EOFY (from the 1st June 2018)
• Financial Activity graphs
• Current rent being achieved and the paid to date for your tenant
• Lease expiry dates
• Date of your upcoming routine inspection and ALL your routine inspection reports
• All the jobs that have been reported for your property and their status

Please if you haven't done so already, check it out.  Simply follow the steps from your 'portal invite' email.  We have had wonderful feedback from those who have and sincerely hope you love it as much as we do.

Once you have created your secure password (your login is your email address) you can access the portal any time by going to our website sgaterentals.com.au and accessing the 'landlord portal login' page under landlord (or click here!)
