We are so pleased that we can now provide to our landlords and tenants the ability to log-in securely to our system and view important information on your property and tenancy!  We will be rolling out access to this over the coming month and hope you love it as much as we do.

For our Owners, you will be able to see:

• Access to all your statements, any time including EOFY (from the 1st June 2018)
• Financial Activity graphs
• Current rent being achieved and the paid to date for your tenant
• Lease expiry dates
• Date of your upcoming routine inspection and ALL your routine inspection reports
• All the jobs that have been reported for your property and their status

For our Tenants, you will be able to see:

• Current rent being paid and your paid to date
• Your water accounts and any other tenant invoices
• Your transaction history from the 1st June 2018
• All the jobs that have been reported for your property and their status
• The ability to report new maintenance (and upload any relevant pictures if needed)
• Lease expiry dates
