When something goes wrong with your rental property, we want to hear from you.  Please don’t think you have to wait till your routine inspection to notify us.

Emergency maintenance is repairs to an essential service such as power or water (think burst pipes, severely blocked drains, no power, severe storm damage to roof, something life threatening etc).   If you have an emergency maintenance issue after hours, or on the weekend, please contact the office on 8386 1555 to be diverted to the property manager on call.  Please remember to leave your name, address, description of your emergency and most importantly your contact number so we can get back to you quickly.

General maintenance is repairs to items such as ovens, stoves, air-conditioners, dripping taps etc.  We understand it is inconvenient when these items fail (particularly when it’s boiling hot and your air-con gives up the ghost, or its Christmas Day and you’re about to pop the turkey in the oven) however as annoying as these situations are they are not an ‘essential service’.  These repairs can be notified during normal business hours (Mon – Fri), or you can of shoot your Property Manager an email any time.  We will work quickly and efficiently to get these items repaired in the shortest possible time to have you back up and running. 

With the hot season finally here, air-con techs will be in peak demand.  We will book your repair urgently, and work with a pool of technicians to try and get you up and running as quick as possible - however are at the mercy of their availability.  We appreciate your patience and will keep you up to date and informed of when they are coming.  If you haven't done so already, now is a great time to check and clean your filters to keep your unit running at its peak.
