Customer Service, are you getting what you need?

At Southgate Property Management, we are constantly trying to do and be better!  The most valuable part of customer service is feedback from you, our valuable clients and we want to hear from you.  If there is something you think can be improved PLEASE we welcome your call - we want to be able to give you what you need - after all thats what we are here for!  If you think we can improve, or there is something that 'is not quite right' please let us know so we can fix it!  First port of call is to go directly to your Property Manager.  If after this you don't feel the item is adressed, I welcome your call anytime.  Warm regards, Rebecca Day
