There was no space allowed for me to be able to write a comment about Penny, my Property Manager.

She is the best PM, always communicates with me but mainly via email as I live in Victoria, and a not always available by phone. Living so far away from the unit means I totally rely on Penny to inform me on the condition of my unit, how it is being looked after by her visits, inspection reports, which are always very informative. She emails me the inspection report then rings to go over the report which means the world to me.

As this is my superannuation, I rely on Penny keeping my property in top shape.

I cannot recommend Penny highly enough, a wonderful asset to your business.

I thought I would just take the time to let you know that we are so happy with the work that Nat does for us.
