We had never rented out a house before, Peta was just fantastic, she kept us informed at all times great pic's of our house, we were also interstate I could felt very comfortable leaving our home in her capable hands. And even through Covid she kept us up to date, and helped us and the renter! I couldn't have asked for a better manager.

Katrina is very professional, friendly and helpful. She always communicated with me anything that came up and dealt with repairs promptly. I was very happy with Katrina managing my property. I always had good tenants that Katrina found for me.

Rochelle has been an absolute dream property manager since I began renting with Trove in June. Such a lovely lady and genuinely cares about the tenant. During my first inspection last week, she was professional and friendly but the best part - not intrusive. It didn't feel like I was being scrutinized or under the microscope. Makes a change from other rentals I've had.

I keep a very clean, immaculate house but in the past have had some extremely nosey and intrusive property managers. Rochelle was a breath of fresh air. Doing what she needed to fulfil her obligations but without making me feel uncomfortable.

Please thank her for me. If I could afford to, I would send her flowers, for making me feel welcome, at ease and more than just 'someone paying rent'.
