It is bounded by Beach Road in the north, the Southern Expressway and the suburb of Huntfield Heights in the east, Main South Road in the south and the Onkaparinga River and Dyson Road in the west.

Features
Noarlunga Downs is home to Hickinbotham Oval, the home ground of the South Adelaide Football Club who play in the SANFL (South Australian National Football League). The oval was officially opened as Noarlunga Oval in 1995 and has a spectator capacity of 12,000 including television standard lights for night games. The Panthers Club also houses entertainment, bar, gaming and restaurant facilities.
